February’s full moon is in the sign of Leo and it calls on us to meet our inner fire with this season’s cold, inward-gazing energy. It’s a perfect time to plant the seeds of transformation and listen to our intuition and our subconscious callings.
During this time together, we’ll breathe, practice guided meditation and restorative yoga, and perform a small ritual and some journaling prompts.
All from the comfort of your own little nest on zoom.
